加热炮制对巴豆霜溶血效应影响的初步研究

The Hematolytic Effect and Action of Crotonis Semen’s Protein Processed in Different Way

目的:对巴豆霜蛋白成分加热前后发生的溶血效应的变化加以研究,为巴豆霜加热炮制减毒提供依据。方法:对不同炮制方法和不同加热时间制备巴豆霜所含巴豆毒蛋白的溶血现象发生情况进行比较,观察溶血行为。结果:发现巴豆霜蛋白加热后有明显溶血效应消失的现象,并与加热时间有一定相关性。结论:具溶血效应的巴豆霜蛋白在炮制后发生变性,其溶血效应可用于巴豆霜减毒质量控制。

Objective： Find the different action on hematolytic effect of processed crotonis semen＇ s protein , and study the process of temperature and time affection on reduce the toxicity of crotonis semen pulveratum. Methods： Compare their action on the protein special characture of hematolysis. Results： The hematolytic effect of the samples which processed by different temperature and time are different. With the extending of heating time, the sample shows no hematolytic effect. Conclusion： Hematolytic effect are suitable for quality analysis of crotonis semen pulveratum.
