肝硬化的诊断与治疗 被引量：7

摘要 肝硬化是各种慢性肝病发展的晚期阶段，病理上以肝脏弥漫性纤维化、再生结节和假小叶形成为特征。临床上起病隐匿，病程发展缓慢，晚期以肝功能减退和门静脉高压为主要表现，常出现多种并发症。肝硬化是常见病，发病高峰年龄侄35～50岁，男性多见，出现并发症时死亡率高。
