56例乳晕小切口治疗乳腺良性肿瘤的临床分析

Analysis of Benign Breast Tumor with Incision Operation Treatment of 56 Patients

目的:探讨乳晕小切口治疗乳腺良性肿瘤的临床分析。方法:采用回顾性分析我院98例乳腺良性肿瘤的患者,其中56例采用乳晕小切口进行手术治疗作为研究组,42例采用传统放射状切口治疗作为对照组。结果:两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、切口感染率比较无统计学差异(P>0.05),研究组患者均康复出院,手术的切口小,患者对瘢痕不接受率为5.4%,术后的随访6个月,乳房形态外观正常,无乳房变性乳晕着色等并发症;对照组患者术后对瘢痕不接受率为81.0%(P<0.05)。结论:乳晕小切口治疗乳腺良性肿瘤手术效果好,瘢痕不易发现,术后不影响患者审美,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective： To investigate clinical effect of the areola small incision treatment of benign breast tumor.Methods： A ret-rospective analysis the benign breast tumor of 98 cases in our hospital,56 patients with areola incision surgery were divided into the study group,42 cases were treated with traditional radial incision treatment as a control group.Results： The patient operative time,blood loss,wound infection rate had no significant difference（P 0.05）,the study group patients were discharged,small incision surgery,and the rate of dissatisfaction was 5.4% in patients with scar.The follow-up was kept for 6 months after the surgery,and the normal breast shape,no breast degeneration areola coloring complications appeared.Furthermore,81.0% of patients in the control group,were unsatis-fied with scars（P 0.05）.Conclusion： The surgery effect of a small incision on areola for treating the benign breast tumor is good,the scar is not easy to find,do not affect patients＇ esthetics after surgery,and is worth of clinical application.
