重度神经损害特发性面瘫的临床与神经电生理分析

目的:探究重度神经损害特发性面瘫的临床与神经电生理情况。方法:对54例重度神经损害特发性面瘫患者,均给予内科综合治疗及激素等治疗后,采用NeuropackM1肌电图仪分别对发病重度神经损害的第1、3、6个月给予面神经运动传导和面肌肌电图检查。结果:患者各个面神经电生理检测结果与正常值比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。而且治疗第1、3、6个月后,各个面神经电生理检测结果无明显改变(P>0.05)。患者经内科综合治疗第1、3、6个月后,疗效无明显改善(P>0.05),提示内科综合治疗效果不佳。结论:给予内科综合治疗效果不佳,采用面神经运动传导和面肌肌电图检查,可作为评估患者预后效果的检查依据,对有必要手术的患者需要再进一步探讨。

Objective： To explore the severe nerve damage in idiopathic facial paralysis in clinical and nerve e]ectrophysiology.
