急性心肌梗死合并2型糖尿病与单纯急性心肌梗死的比较 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨急性心肌梗死(AMI)合并2型糖尿病的临床特点及影响因素,为预防和治疗急性心肌梗死合并糖尿病提供依据。方法:对比急性心肌梗死合并糖尿病(45例)和单纯急性心肌梗死(53例)的64排螺旋CT、颈部血管彩超、血脂、血流变及急性心肌梗死后3个月心功能NYHA分级评分。结果:急性心肌梗死合并糖尿病常有多发小病灶,多发性梗死发生率高,动脉粥样斑块发生率高,多合并高血脂、高血液黏稠度,临床治疗效果差的特点。结论:糖尿病患者应积极降糖降脂,能够预防动脉粥样斑块以及AMI发生。对于AMI合并糖尿病的临床治疗,应注意在积极治疗AMI的基础上,积极控制血糖、血脂,稳定斑块,保护血管内皮细胞。
