瑞芬太尼复合七氟醚用于小儿扁桃体手术麻醉的临床观察

摘要 目的:探讨瑞芬太尼复合七氟醚用于小儿扁桃体手术麻醉效果。方法:收治行小儿扁桃体摘除术患儿90例,应用瑞芬太尼复合七氟醚进行麻醉。结果:在麻醉过程中在诱导时血压明显降低,与麻醉前比较差异有显著性(P<0.05);心率麻醉诱导时、气管插管时、手术开始时及手术开始后30分钟时的心率与麻醉前相比明显减慢,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。90例患儿术后无躁动哭闹现象发生,发生呕吐2例,呕吐发生率为2.2%。结论:瑞芬太尼复合七氟醚用于小儿扁桃体手术麻醉效果好,不良反应少。 Objective : To investigate the remifentanil combined with sevoflurane an- esthetic effect for tonsillectomy in children. Methods:choose our hospital from July 2011 to October 2012 the line pediatric tonsillec- tomy in children 90 cases, application of remifentanil combined with sevoflurane an- esthesia. Results: during anesthesia induc- tion, blood pressure decreased significantly compared with pre - anesthetic significant difference( P 〈 0.05 ) , heart rate during in- duction of anesthesia, endotracheal intuba- tion,the start of surgery and 30 rain after the start of surgery when HR and anesthesia be- fore significantly slow down, there is a sig- nificant difference ( P 〈 0.05 ) , and 90 pa- tients were no restlessness crying phenome- non occurred, the occurrence of vomiting two cases, vomiting was 2. 2%. Conclusion:remifentanil combined with sevoflurane ether for pediatric tonsillectomy anesthetic effect, fewer adverse reactions, worthy of promo- tion.
