游离股前外侧皮瓣修复足跟负重区软组织缺损的临床应用

随着现代社会的发展,高能量伤导致的成人的足跟和踝关节外伤所致的软组织缺损和骨外露在临床上很常见,特别是在工地及农村被机动车或重物轧伤足踝部,导致局部软组织缺损和跟腱、骨外露较为常见。关于踝关节周围的软组织缺损采用皮瓣修复已经得到了绝大多数医师的认可,虽然足跟负重区软组织缺损采用皮瓣修复仍有较大的争议。2009年6月～2012年5月,采用股前外侧皮瓣移植修复足跟部负重区大面积软组织缺损13例,临床疗效满意。

With the development of modern society, high energy injury to the feet which could cause soft tissue defect and bone ex- posed around the ankle is common in clinic, especially in the construction plant and the country. Partial soft tissue detect and the ex- posure of the chorda magna and bone were the most common incident. The soft tissue defect around the ankle amending with skin flap has been recognized effective by most physicians, though there are disputes on the using of skin flap to amending the defect in area of weight bearing. Between June 2009 to May 2012,13 cases of patients with soft tissue defect in the area of weight bearing a- ruund ankle were successfully repaired by skin flap.
