摘要
目的:对关于手术室引进人性化护理模式的临床疗效分析及相关启示进行探讨。方法:收治120例手术患者,采取随机分组法分为研究组和对照组,每组60例。两组均给予常规手术室护理,而研究组在此基础上给予人性化护理,待术后第2天,采取自行设计的问卷调查表针对两组在手术室护理方面所表现出的心理舒适度进行评分。结果:研究组的心理舒适度评分明显高于对照组,且两组之间存在明显的统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:人性化护理可提高患者对医疗护理质量的满意度及认可感,不仅使患者获得生理及心理上的舒适,还可提高医院的品牌形象。
Objective : To analyse clinical effi- cacy and observe revelation for introducing humane care model in operating room. Meth- ods: 120 surgical patients in our hospital in operating room from March 2010 to July 2012, were divided into study group and control group, 60 cases in each group. Pa- tients in the two groups were given conven- tional care, on the basis of that patients in the research groups were given humane care, the first two days after operation, self - designed questionnaire score were taken in the two groups for the operating room care showed psychological comfort. Results : Psy- chological comfort score was significantly higher in the study group than that in the control group, and there was significant dif- ferent(P 〈 0.05) between the two groups. Conclusions: Humane care can improve pa- tient satisfaction and recognition of the qual- ity of medical care, not only it can let pa- tients receive physical and psychological comfort, but also can improve the hospital "sbrand image, and is worthy of further promo- tion in clinical.
