手术室优质护理的实施与体会

目的:探讨手术室优质护理的实施措施和护理经验,提高护理质量和患者满意度。方法:对手术室的266例患者,做好术前护理,巡回护士要于术前1天访视患者的病历,并与患者交流,了解患者的心理状态,向患者介绍手术的治疗过程、手术的注意事项以及患者配合的方法,加强术中护理和家属的心理疏导,加强术后的护理和访视。结果:266例患者经过手术室的护理,均成功手术,术中都能积极配合治疗,方法得当,无手术突发事件发生,术后经过治疗和护理无并发症发生,均痊愈出院。结论:做好术前的访视、加强术中护理和术后观察是手术室优质护理的关键。

Objective:To investigate the operating room quality care,the implementation of the measures and nursing experience,to improve the quality of care and patient satisfaction.Methods:collected in our hospital in July 2011 to October 2012,266 patients of the operating room care,do the preoperative care nurse in the preoperative 1d visits patients medical records and communication with the patient to understand the patient's psychological state,would like to be introduced to the patients the Notes of surgical treatment,surgery,and patients with surgery care and psychological counseling of the families,strengthen postoperative care and visits.Results:266 patients through the operating room care,are successful surgery and surgery can actively cooperate with treatment,the right way,no surgical emergencies occurred after the treatment and care after surgery with no complications,were cured.Conclusion:good preoperative visits,strengthen intraoperative care,and postoperative observation is the key to the operating room quality care.
