护理干预对创伤性骨折患者生活质量的影响

目的:探讨护理干预对创伤性骨折患者生活质量的影响,以有效提高创伤性骨折患者的生活质量。方法:2012年2月～8月收治创伤性骨折患者156例,将其按入院单双日随机分为两组,每组各78例,其中对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予全程护理干预,于出院后1个月评估患者的生活质量,比较两种护理方法对患者生活质量的影响。结果:护理后,观察组在生理领域、心理领域、社会关系及总分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:全程护理干预可以显著提高创伤性骨折患者的生活质量,对患者的预后具有重要的影响。

Objective ： Nursing intervention on the quality of life of patients with traumatic fractures ,in order to improve the quality of life of patients with traumatic fractures Method： A total of 156 cases of traumatic fracture patients admitted to our hospital from February 2012 to August 2012,accord- ing to admission odd and even days were randomly divided into two groups, each group 78 cases, in which the control group received conventional care, the observation group was given full care intervention, one month after discharge from the hospital to assess the quality of life of patients, compare two methods of care for the patient＇s quality of life. Results ： Care, observation of patients in the physical domain, psychological, social relations, and the total scores were better than the control group, the difference was statisticall significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclu- sion：The entire nursing intervention can sig- nificantly improve the quality of life of pa- tients with traumatic fractures have an im- portant impact on the prognosis of patients,is worthy of wide dissemination and applica- tion.
