财务管理专业本科人才培养调查与研究——基于教师、学生与用人单位三维的调查问卷分析

Current Situation Analysis and Principles of Training Bachelor Talents Majoring in Financial Management

随着财务管理专业规模不断扩大,人才培养质量问题成为人们普遍关注的焦点。本文通过对教师、学生与用人单位的调查问卷分析,发现目前我国财务管理专业本科人才培养存在着培养目标转型困难;教学计划不合理;教学方法单一;案例教学相对缺乏;学生动手能力较差等问题。据此提出了相关建议。

With the development ofadvanced educational financial management, the problem ofhowto become advanced and qualified talents is focused by more and more people. Through analyzing questionnaire for teachers, students and employers, there are many problems existing in training these advanced talents which include difficulty in changing training goals, unreasonable lesson plans, too simple teaching ways, lack of The Case Method, lack of specialty practice and weak practical ability ofstudents, etc. So the writer put forward the detailed and practical policy suggestions such as confirming financial training goal, increasing teaching expense, establish internet teaching platform, conducting teaching reform, changing teaching plans, pointing out financial management major’s specialty, improving teachers’qualify and fastening evaluation ofteachers’performance, establishing teaching practical bases outside of campus and strengtheningstudents’practical ability, etc.
