目前全球常规油气资源开发仍具较大潜力,非常规油气资源极为丰富,世界油气资源完全可以满足本世纪人类经济社会发展需要。天然气正成为世界第二大能源,非常规气正在成为重要的接替来源,天然气将逐步突破区域性市场的局限,并将对石油形成有效替代,缓解对石油的需求和压力,对石油价格长期走势产生新影响。非常规资源使全球石油供应格局趋向东西均衡,油气消费重心明显东移,亚太地区将面临更严峻的油气安全问题。油气将长期占据全球一次能源消费的半壁江山,非常规油气开发将延缓可再生能源的发展。
Global conventional oil & gas resources still have huge development potential,amid enormous unconventional oil & gas resources;so,worldwide oil & gas resources can definitely meet the needs of global economic and social development for the rest of this century.Natural gas is becoming the world's second major energy resource and unconventional gas an important alternative source.Natural gas will gradually transcend regional market constraints and become an effective replacement for oil,thus reducing the demand pressure on oil,and exerting new downward pressure on the long-term oil price trend.As unconventional resources get developed,global oil supply distribution will tend to balance out between East and the West,with the focus of oil & gas consumption shifting significantly eastward while the Asia Pacific region faces ever tougher oil & gas security issues.Oil & gas will account for half of global primary energy consumption for a long time to come,while unconventional-oil-and-gas development will delay renewable-energy development.
