中东北美乙烯生产优势及其对我国的影响

近年来,中东和北美地区凭借天然气资源和价格优势,大规模扩大乙烯产能,乙烯生产成本优势明显,在世界乙烯生产中的占比明显增大。中东和北美地区石化工业发展对全球石化生产格局和贸易流向正在产生重大影响,并可能对我国石化产业形成巨大冲击。我国乙烯原料成本与中东和北美相比处于劣势,为应对冲击,我国乙烯和石化产业要化"危"为"机",积极搞好各方面的结构调整,促进产业升级;推动乙烯原料的多样化,在有条件的地区适度发展煤制烯烃、甲醇制烯烃等,未来也可考虑发展天然气液制乙烯。

In recent years the Middle East and North America have massively expanded their ethylene capacities by virtue of their advantage in natural gas resources and prices,and have accounted for an increasing share in world production of ethylene.Petrochemical industry development in the Middle East and North America is significantly influencing global petrochemical production distribution and trade flow,and may have a big impact on China's petrochemical industry.Compared to the Middle East and North America,China is in an inferior position in ethylene materials cost.To cope with the impact,China's ethylene and petrochemical industries are determined to turn 'crisis' into 'opportunity',make the structural changes needed to sufficiently upgrade the industry,diversify the raw materials used for ethylene production,and advance the preparation of alkene from coal or methanol in favorably endowed regions;where appropriate,ethylene preparation from natural gas may also be developed.
