全球自升式平台的发展经历了几次高峰期。未来几年大型自升式钻井平台及装备市场向好,前景乐观。主要原因有:一是现役钻井平台和设备"老龄化"现象加重带来的更新需求;二是油价持续走高驱使石油公司增加设备投资;三是美国墨西哥湾钻井平台爆炸引发的原油泄漏事故对海洋工程设备市场产生了助推力。为满足石油公司对作业安全性与作业能力提高的要求,未来自升式平台的适用水域更深,作业周期更长,大型化趋势日益明显,造价也由于关键设备与材料的需求大于供给而增加5%10%。
Worldwide development of jack-up drilling platforms has experienced several peak periods.The market for large jack-up drilling platforms and devices has bright prospects for three main reasons:first,upward revised demand due to accelerated aging of the drilling platforms and equipment in service;second,increase in equipment investment driven by continued high oil prices;third,the impetus to the offshore engineering equipment market due to the crude leak accident accompanying the explosion of a drilling platform in the US Gulf of Mexico.To meet oil companies' demand for improved work safety and work capacity,future jack-up platforms will have a deeper applicable water range and longer operating cycle and become increasingly larger;the cost will increase by 5%-10% since the demand for key equipment and materials exceeds supply.
