摘要 1目的 了解败血症病人 L型细菌的超微结构及其增殖方式。 2方法 采用 L型细菌检测技术 ,对10株 L型细菌进行透射电镜观察。 3结果 电镜下 L型细菌呈多形性 ,细胞壁部分或完全缺失 ,菌体内结构稀疏 ,电子密度降低 ,从原生小体、圆球体到巨型体裂解释放原生小体 ,是一个动态的逐渐成熟的过程。 4结论  L型细菌虽然失去细胞壁 ,但仍能以独特的增殖方式繁殖。 Objective To investigate the ultrastructural changes and proliferative cycle of L form bacteria in septicemic patients.\ Methods\ 10 colonies of L form bacteria were investigated by a transmission electromicroscope, using L form bacteria analytic technique.\ Results\ L form bacteria was polymophological in shape with partial or completedly defected cell membrane.The structures within the cell body were dispersed with loose density. There existed a dynamic and gradually maturated process from strongyloplasm, spheroplast to megaball at last going mitosis leading to the release of strongyloplasm.\ Conclusion\ An understanding of the ultrastructure of L form bacteria is helpful to block its infection and reduce misdiagnosis clinically. [
