摘要
兰西格经济区是由核心城市、次核心城市、三级城市、重点镇和一般镇组成的,虽然其五级城镇体系的空间结构已具雏形,但就总体而言,城镇化水平低,且地区之间发展不平衡;中心城市的辐射带动作用弱,城乡差距明显;人口和城镇空间分布呈现东密西疏,且城镇体系空间结构不完善。为加快该经济区建设,可行的政策建议为:一是促进人口向特大型都市的集聚;二是把县城作为建制镇发展的重点;三是加快创建区域发展合作平台,促进区域经济社会一体化发展;四是积极引导和支持县域经济发展,扶持地方龙头企业发展壮大;五是合理布局工业园区,引导产业集群发展。
The embryonic form of spatial structure of urban system has been basically formed in the economic zone of Lanzhou-Xiniug-Geermu. It consists of core cities, sub-core cities, third grade cities, key and general towns. However, generally speaking, the urbanization level is low and the economic development level is unbalanced among different regions. Yhe leading role of central cities is weak and the urban-rural gap is significant; the spatial distribution of cities and population is ＂intensive in East, sparse in West＂ and the spatial structure of urban system is imperfect. Several feasible suggestions are given to advance the construction of the economic zone of Lanzhou-Xining-Geermu： one is to promote the population gathering in large cities; the second is to make county towns as the focal point to develop organic town; the third is to accelerate constructing the cooperation platform of regional development to promote the development of integration in regional economy and society, the fourth is to actively guide and support the development county economy to give aid to the development of local leading enterprises; the fifth is to make rational distribution of industrial parks to lead the development of industrial cluster.
