疾病预防控制基本信息系统通过对全国省、市、县各级疾控机构资源情况的收集,并通过互联网将信息上传至国家疾控中心进行汇总,分析所收集到的数据信息,主要包括全国疾控机构基本信息、人员情况、实验室建设、工作环境、仪器设备、经费收支等。对各级卫生行政机构和疾控机构了解当前我国疾控系统的资源配置现状、评估疾控资源配置的合理性及制订相应的卫生防病策略起着至关重要的作用。主要从基本信息系统设计思路、业务流程、系统功能描述和应用效果及讨论几方面进行论述。

Disease prevention and control essential information system uploads the information collected from all disease control institutions at provincial, municipal and county level to National Disease Control Center through internet for summarizing and then analyzing the collected data information, including basic information, personnel, condition of laboratory construction, working environment, instruments and equipment, the revenue and expenditure funds of disease control agencies nationwide, etc., which plays a vital role of knowing the status quo of resource allocation of current national disease control system, assessing the rationality of disease control resource configuration and formulating corresponding hygiene disease prevention policy. The basic information system is discussed in terms of the main design thought, business process, system function description and application effect and discussion.
