摘要 随着医院业务量的不断提升,而医院容载能力有限的情况下,患者挂号难、看病难的状况日益突出,因此,优化就医流程、提升服务质量,是医院医疗服务水平提升的一大重要指标,是医院信息化建设的一项重要任务。银医卡项目有效地将门诊号源拓展至外部网络,患者足不出户就可以预约医院号源;院内自助服务终端有效的拓展了收费窗口,极大地缓解了患者在医院排队等候时间。医院结合自身情况,不仅实现了自费患者的挂号、缴费结算,而且实现了占就诊比率75%的医保患者的挂号、缴费实时结算。且患者结算不以合作银行的卡类为限制,实现了跨行结算,在刷卡结算上给予患者更大、更自由的选择空间。 Given the limited hospital capacity, the rapid growth of the hospital business makes it increasingly difficult for patients to register in the hospital and get medical treatment in time. Thus, optimizing the medical treatment process to improve the efficiency and quality of service has become an important development task for our hospital information system and it should be viewed as an important measure of the service improvement of a hospital. The bank-hospital card project extends our clinic resource to external networks, allowing patients to easily make appointments at home or in the office. The newly added self-service terminals effectively increased the number of payment windows, thus substantially reduced patients' waiting time for payment settlement. One distinctive feature of the system is that the self-service for registration and payment settlement is available to patients with or without insurance. Considering that 75% of the patients have insurances in our hospital, this feature tremendously benefits the overall hospital work efficiency. Furthermore, the bank-hospital card system extends the acceptable bank cards from the hospital' s partner banks to all banks, making the interbank payment possible, another convenience to our patients.
