分析了邯邢矿业工程建设中基建资金的有效控制与科学管理经验,得出资金统一管理、跟单审批与编制工程建设资金预算,是实现工程建设资金管理与控制的有效方式。并针对基建资金管理中出现的问题提出了改进措施,为企业进一步提供了理论与实践上的借鉴。

This paper analyzes the effective capital construction cost control and scientific management experience of Hanxing Mining project coming to a conclusion of that unified management of cost, documentary examination and approval and preparation of budget of project construction cost are the effective methods for realization of project construction cost management and control and proposes improvement measures in terms of some problems occurred in the capital construction cost management in theory and practice.
