Equipment Optimization Practice of Tailings Handling System of Miaogou Iron Ore Mine

庙沟铁矿通过对油隔离泵与水隔离泵的实际使用,新安装的两台水隔离泵替代原有的油隔离泵,承担主要的尾矿输送任务,并将原油隔离泵作为备用,使设备优化组合达到高效经济地服务生产。

This paper presents that through the practical use of oil isolating pump and water isolating pump in Miaogou Iron Ore Mine, two sets of newly installed water isolating pumps replaces the existing oil isolating pumps to undertake the major railings handling tasks, meanwhile the oil pumps are used for standby. In this way, the equipment optimal combination serves the production efficiently and economically.
