中国农村散杂居民族地区经济发展问题研究——基于井塘瑶族乡、蓝田瑶族乡的对比分析

RESEARCH ON THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF CHINA'S RURAL DISPERSED AND MIXED NATIONAL REGIONS

该文以湖南省道县井塘瑶族乡和广东省龙门县蓝田瑶族乡为个案,采用贫困户与非贫困户、欠发达与较发达散杂居民族乡对比等方法,从劳动力素质、扶贫开发资金投入与管理、返贫现象、基础设施建设、扶贫开发主要参与者、扶贫政策的制定与落实等六个方面对散杂居民族地区经济发展的现状、存在的主要问题、有何经验教训等方面进行归纳、概括和总结。在此基础上,提出了相应的对策及建议。

Taking the Yao Zu of Jingtang and Lantian townships as a case, this paper using the method of compa- ring between the poor and non poor households, less developed and more developed dispersed and mixed nationality townships, analyzed the economic development present situation from six aspects of labor force quality, poverty alle- viation and development funds, poor phenomenon, infrastructure construction, main participants of poverty allevia- tion, policy formulation and implementation of poverty alleviation and summarized the problems and lessons, finally put forward some countermeasures and suggestions.
