发电机定子冷却水管路堵塞的原因分析及处理

Cause analysis and treatment on blockage of water cooling pipe line in generator stator

针对国电电力内蒙古东胜热电厂1号发电机定子冷却水管路堵塞的问题,用流量测量的方法进行了分析判断,提出了改进措施。分析结果表明:发电机定子冷却水管路堵塞的原因是树脂误入其内造成的。

Focusing on the blockage problems of No. 1 generator stator water cooling pipe in Inner Mongolia Dongsheng Thermal Power Plant, judged the reasons by flow measurement method, brings forward the improvement measure. The analysis result shows that the reason of No. 1 generator stator water cooling pipe blockage is caused by resin errorly coming into the pipe.
