图书馆员人力资本的管理是图书馆管理系统的核心。图书馆员人力资本具有投资主体多元性、资本的增殖性、价值度量的不确定性、结构残缺的自贬性及实现的自发性等特点。图书馆员人力资本管理,应当重视人力资本投资、避免逆向原则、采取道德约束和实现自我履约等方面的实现。
The management of librarians' human-capital is the key in library management. Librarians' human-capital has many features like the reproductive nature of the capital, the diverse sources of investment, the uncertainty of value measurement, self- depreciation for the lack of wholeness of structure and voluntary realization etc. The management of human-capital should be realized from such aspects as the investment of human-capital, avoiding adverse selecting, moral restraint, self- realization fulfillment etc.
