摘要
图书馆文化是在图书馆发展过程中所产生的,按其功能层面分为物化功能、人文功能和组织功能。文章以东莞职业技术学院图书馆为例对学生读者进行了图书馆满意度调查,并以图书馆功能文化进行了要素划分,通过以问卷调查数据描述性分析和利用SPSS软件进行相关性分析来分析读者对图书馆文化功能的满意度考察读者的满意度和忠诚度对图书馆文化建设的影响。同时,笔者提出基于读者满意度的图书馆文化建设的策略。
Library culture has formed during the development of libraries and it can be divided into materialization function, humanistic function, and organization function by function levels. Taking library of Dongguan Polytechinical College as an example, the author has launched a satisfaction-degree investigation in student readers, and divides different factors into several categories according to library function culture with the aim of probing into the situation of students' satisfaction degree with the cultural function of library. The author makes a descriptive analysis on the basis of a survey and correlation analysis by using SPSS software, investigating the influence of reader's satisfaction and loyalty on the construction of library culture. Meanwhile, the author puts forward strategies for the construction of tibrarv culture based on satisfaction de^ree of readers.
