调节性T细胞与炎症性肠病的研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 近年来炎症性肠病的研究主要集中在免疫方面，目前治疗炎症性肠病的手段极其有限，疗效不彻底，病情反复发作，且均存在一定不良反应和并发症，有手术适应证的患者，手术后终身腹泻，生活质量低下。因此寻找新的治疗方法成了当务之急。
