摘要
随着我国城市化进程的加快,地方政府对城市的文化建设问题也日益重视起来,因为它关系到城市发展质量的高低和是否具有可持续竞争力。要构建城市文化体系,就要抓住物质文化、制度文化和精神文化三个层面开展建设活动,唯有这样,城市的发展才能有"量"重"质"又"持久"。
With the accelerating development of urbanization in our country, local governments are placing an increasing emphasis on the problems of city culture construction, since it determines the quality and sustainable competitive power of a city. To set up cultural system of modern city, we have to build up three aspects： material culture, system culture and spiritual culture. Only in this way, can the growth of city be of good quantity ＆ high quality and long lasting.
