摘要 随着人类社会工业化、现代化进程的快速发展，创伤性脑损伤（traumaticbraininjury，TBI）~不断上升趋势，其发生的增长率（21％）已超过全球人口的增长率（6％），被学者们称之为“静息性流行病”，现已成为全球关注的社会公共卫生问题。TBI患者除受原发机械性外力直接损伤外，
