Metallic stent implantation for malignant and benign gastroduodenal strictures:its current situation and prospect

胃、十二指肠良恶性疾病所导致的管腔狭窄可致患者出现恶心、呕吐、恶病质等症状,严重影响患者生活质量。支架的应用解决了患者进食困难的难题,改善了患者的营养状况,对改善患者的生理、心理状况都有一定的帮助,本文就常用胃十二指肠支架的临床应用作一综述。

Gastroduodenal strictures caused by malignant or benign lesions can lead to nausea, vomiting, eaehexia, etc., which can seriously impair the patient＇s living quality. The utilization of metallic stent implantation has solved the problem of food-taking difficulty for patients with gastroduodenal strictures, and therefore the patients＂ nutrition situation can be improved, which is very helpful for the patients to improve their physical and psychological status. This article aims to make a comprehensive review concerning the clinical application of gastroduodenal stent implantation.
