摘要
目的:研制一种简易可靠的大鼠静脉输液装置。方法:利用注射器、肝素帽、硬膜外导管等材料,设计制作大鼠静脉输液装置,用于30只全小肠切除大鼠,观察大鼠在自由活动情况下静脉输液的效果,以验证该装置的有效性。结果:该装置能维持全小肠切除大鼠实验期间的静脉输液14 d,无脱管、渗漏和堵塞等意外。结论:该装置能较长时间维持大鼠静脉输液的需要,材料易得,制作简易。
Objective: To design a simple and reliable swivel device for rat intravenous transfusion. Methods: ClinicaI staples such as heparin cap and syringe were used to design a swivel intravenous transfusion device which was applied in 30 rats with total small bowel resection. The effect of maintaining long-term intravenous transfusion and free movement in rats was observed for the reliability and practicability of this device. Results: During the whole test, 27 total small bowel resection rats went through the intravenous transfusion successfully by the device and endured the maximum time of 21 d without fall-off intertwist and wall-up. Conclusion: The newly-designed swivel intravenous transfusion device ,with easily obtaining materials and simple making,can meet the need of rat vein transfusion for 2 weeks.
