摘要
通过检索有关鱼油脂肪乳的文献,发现其应用机制在肠外营养中得到广泛关注,且在外科危重症病人的临床应用亦取得了关键的作用。在临床应用研究中发现,含ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸脂肪乳用于危重症病人,能减少机械通气的时间,显著降低病死率,减少抗生素用量,缩短住院时间。鱼油中含有的ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸具有减轻炎症反应和调节免疫功能的作用,短期输注高剂量鱼油脂肪乳,可迅速影响免疫功能,并减轻内毒素介导的应激反应。以下综述鱼油脂肪乳用于危重症病人肠外营养治疗的最新研究进展。
Through the fish oil fat emulsion literature in recent three years, the application of the fish oil fat emulsion gained wide attention. The ω-3 fatty acids in surgical critically ill patients has made a key role. In clinic, fish oil lipid emulsions may reduce ventilation time, mortality, antibiotic demand, and length of stay. The ω-3fatty acid has beneficial properties of reduction of inflammatory reaction and immunological modulation.
