定向生长非线性光学微晶玻璃的制备

Preparation of Glass Doped with Oriented Nonlinear Crystals

摘要 定向生长非线性晶体掺杂玻璃具有优越的非线性光学特性,在开发具有特定光功能的光学元器件领域有广泛的应用前景。介绍近年来该类功能微晶玻璃的制备方法及研究进展,包括:可控热处理、超声表面处理、机械热挤压、电化学合成、磁场效用及激光诱导定向析晶等,并对飞秒激光诱导工艺的研究和机理作了较为详细的阐述。利用外场诱导玻璃中的晶体形成与定向生长,可实现将各种不同功能的非线性光学晶体集成在玻璃内部,制备出新型光学材料。最后,对定向生长非线性晶体掺杂玻璃的制备技术进行了展望。 Glass doped with oriented nonlinear crystals has demonstrated some potential applications for integrated optical devices due to the nonlinear optical properties. In this paper, the existing preparation methods and recent development of glass-ceramics to obtain functional crystals were reviewed. The aspects involve controlled heat treatment, ultrasonic surface treatment, mechanical hot extrusion, electrochemical synthesis, magnetic field effect and lasers. In addition, some researches and mechanism of femtosecond laser processing were also represented.
