摘要
目的:评价5种充填材料充填牙齿后抑制边缘继发龋的性能。方法:50个牛切牙釉质块随机分为5组,分别用GIC、FujiⅡLC、Compoglass F、BeautifilⅡ及Charisma制备出边缘界面缝隙宽度统一为270μm的充填样本,置于部分饱和酸缓冲脱矿液中进行体外脱矿;3 d后分别测定釉质块表面硬度及釉质块表面和洞壁脱矿深度。结果:脱矿后各充填材料组釉质表面硬度均较脱矿前显著降低(P<0.05),降低率依次为:Cha-risma>BeautifilⅡ≈Compoglass F>FujiⅡLC>GIC(P﹤0.05);5种材料组的表面釉质脱矿深度及洞壁釉质脱矿深度依次为:Charisma>BeautifilⅡ≈Compoglass F>FujiⅡLC>GIC(P﹤0.05)。结论:不同充填材料抑制充填物边缘釉质继发龋的能力不同,传统玻璃离子水门汀>树脂增强玻璃离子水门汀>复合体>复合树脂。
AIM: To investigate the cariostatic effects of the fluoridization of five restorative materials in vitro. METHODS : Enamel blocks of bovine incisors were restored with five restorative materials ( a conventional GIC, Fuji I1 LC, Compoglass F, Beautifi111 and Charisma) respectively with a gap of 270 ~m in width between each filling material and the enamel. Then all samples were immersed in a partially saturated acidic buffer solution at 37 C for 3 days. The surface microhardness of the enamel blocks was measured before and after demineralization and the depth of enamel demineralization was measured using polarization microscope. RESULTS: Enamel surface hardness of all en- amel blocus was significantly reduced after demineralization ( P 〈 0.05 ), and the order of hardness reduction in the groups was as follows : Charisma 〉 Beautifil II = Compoglass F 〉 Fuji I1 LC 〉 GIC ( P 〈 0. 05 ). The order of the depth of enamel demineralization along the surface and the interface near the gap for the 5 materials was as follows : Charisma 〉 Beautifil II = Compoglass F 〉 Fuji ]I LC 〉 GIC ( P 〈 0.05 ). CONCLUSION : The 5 restorative materials possess different cariostatic ability: conventional GIC 〉 compoglass F 〉 resin modified GIC 〉 composite resin.
