ZY-1硅橡胶外着色染液的配制和色度稳定性研究

摘要 目的:将油画颜料配制适用于ZY-1硅橡胶的外着色染液,评价其色度稳定性,为颌面赝复体计算机辅助外着色技术的研究提供基础。方法:用紫外分光光度法分析土红油画颜料在正丁醇、正三氯乙烷、六甲基二硅氧烷、十甲基环五硅氧烷中的溶解度,配制外着色饱和溶液并涂布于ZY-1硅橡胶试件表面,待完全干燥后,再用外着色封闭剂表面封闭。用便携式色差仪测试各试件自然老化3个月前后的色度值,根据色差公式计算色差。结果:土红油画颜料在正丁醇中的溶解度最大。硅橡胶试件自然老化3个月后色度值L*较3个月前降低,但差异无显著性(P>0.05);a*、b*值较3个月前升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);色差E=1.03±0.34,处于肉眼不能辨别的差异范围内。结论:用正丁醇配制有较高饱和度的土红油画颜料染液;着色于ZY-1硅橡胶表面,在自然条件下具有色度稳定性,可用于赝复体外着色。 AIM : To determine solubility of soil red oil pigment in different solvents, to prepare the extrinsic coloration solution applicable to the ZY-1 silicone elastomer and to evaluate the color stability of the coloration solu- tion. METHODS: The dissolubility of soil red oil pigment in n-butanol,n-trichloroethane,hexamethyldisiloxane and decamethyl cyclopentasil oxane was measured by a UV-VIS spectrophotometer respectively for preliminary screening the optimum solvent. The extrinsic coloration saturation solution was prepared and uniformly painted on the surface of ZY - 1 silicone elastomers. After completely drying, the extrinsic coloration sealant was brushed on the surface of the speci- mens. Before and after the natural aging of 3 months , L * ,a * ,b * color parameters of elastomers were measured with minoha chromaticity instrument, the color difference was calculated based on color difference formula. RESULTS : Sol- ubility of soil red oil pigment dissolved in n-butanol was the biggest among all of solvents. After natural aging for 3 months the L * value of the specimens was lower than that before aging, but the difference was not statistically signifi- cant ( P 〉 0.05 ) ; a * and b * values were increased significantly ( P 〈 0.05 ). The color change was visually impercepti- ble ( A E = 1.03 ±0.34). CONCLUSION: The extrinsic coloration solution prepared by soil red oil pigment and n - butanol possesses higher saturation concentration and good color stability on ZY-1 silicone elastomers in the natural ag- ing conditions, and is suitable for the extrinsic coloration of prosthesis.
