米非司酮对孕酮防护PC12细胞氧糖剥夺损伤的影响

摘要 目的:观察孕酮核受体阻断剂米非司酮对孕酮防护大鼠嗜铬细胞瘤细胞(PC12)氧糖剥夺(OGD)损伤的影响,从而研究孕酮对氧糖剥夺PC12细胞的防护作用是否是核受体介导的基因效应。方法:运用XTT法、台盼蓝拒染色、氧化酶法检测米非司酮阻断孕酮核受体前后氧糖剥夺PC12细胞活力、活细胞数及培养基中糖含量的变化。结果:米非司酮显著消除孕酮对氧糖剥夺损伤PC12细胞的防护作用。结论:孕酮防护PC12细胞氧糖剥夺损伤的作用可能主要是通过核受体介导的基因效应实现的。
