摘要
目的:观察急性肾衰竭(ARF)家兔红细胞流变性变化。方法:38只健康家兔分为对照组(n=8)与模型组(通过肌肉注射1%HgCl2复制ARF模型,分为12 h、24 h、48 h三个亚组,n=10)。在相应时间点,乌拉坦麻醉后,经颈动脉插管留取动脉血标本,检测肾功能与红细胞流变性指标。结果:模型组家兔血浆尿素、肌酐在12 h、24 h、48 h均显著高于对照组,且随着时间延长组间呈升高趋势。模型组12 h红细胞电泳时间高于对照组,电泳率、电泳迁移率低于对照组;模型组24 h红细胞电泳时间低于12 h,电泳率、电泳迁移率显著高于12 h;模型组48 h红细胞电泳指标与其它各组均无统计学差异。模型组家兔血沉、血沉方程K值和血沉校正K值随时间延长呈升高趋势,但仅在48 h时显著高于对照组;各组间红细胞聚集指数、变形指数未见统计学差异。结论:在ARF发展进程中,红细胞电泳时间延长、电泳率与迁移率降低,后逐渐恢复正常;血沉指标逐渐增高。
Objective: To observe the change of erythrocyte/neology in rabbits with acute renal failure (ARF). Methods: Thirty-eight healthy rabbits were randomly divided into control group ( n = 8), model group (establishing ARF model da intramuscular injection 1% Hg- CI2, and divided into 12 h, 24 h, 48 h subgroups, all n = 10), the arterial blood sample was taken out through carotid artery at corresponding times after arasthefization with urethane, for detecting the indices of renal function and erythmcyte/neology. Results: The levels of urea and creafinine in plasma of model rabbits at 12 h, 24 h and 48 h were higher than those of control group, and there was a rise trend along xcith the time extension. The erythrncytes electphoresis time at 12 h of model group was higher, the electrophoresis rate and migration rate of erythrocytes were lower compared with those of eontml group; the erythvytes electropberesis time at 24 h of model group was lower and the dectrophoresis rate and migration rate were higher compared with those of model group at 12 h; and there were no statistical differences in ehro- eytes electrophoresis indices between model group at 48 h and other groups. Meanwhile, there was a rise trencl in erythrncyte sedimentation rate (ESR), K value of equation and emendation along with the time extension of ARF, but these indices only at 48 h of model group was lower significantly than that of control group. There were no statistical differences in aggregation index and deformability index of erythrocytes among groups. Conclusion: During the process of ARF, the erythrnoytes dectrophoresis time lengthen and electrophoresis rate and migration rate decrease at early stage, and these indices gradually return to normal; the indices of ESR increase gradually.
