补肾活血方治疗膝关节骨性关节炎100例

Clinical Analysis of 100 Cases of Knee osteoarthritis Treated with Nourishing Kidney and Activating Blood Recipe

目的:探讨补肾活血方治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:取符合临床纳入标准的骨性关节炎患者100例,随机分为治疗组(补肾活血方组)和对照组(扶他林组),每组50例。通过Lysholm评分方法,对比两组临床疗效。结果:在疗效积分上面两组比较差异有统计学意义,补肾活血方组明显优于扶他林组(P<0.05);。结论:补肾活血方治疗骨性关节炎可以取得良好的临床疗效。

Objective：To explore the clinical effect of the nourishing kidney and activating blood recipe treatment on knee os teoarthritis. Methods：One hundred cases of knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into treatment group （treated with nourishing kidney and activating blood recipe） and control group （Diclofenac sodium enteric--coated tablets group）, 50 ca- ses in each group. The clinical efficacy between the two groups was compared. Results：There were better clinical effects in treatment group compared to control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The treatment of nourishing kidney and activating blood recipe has good clinical effect on osteoarthritis.
