有限内固定加外固定支架治疗胫腓骨骨干骨折的临床研究

Clinical Research of Limited Internal Fixation Combined with External Clamp Stand for the Treatment of Tibia and Fibula Fractures

目的:探讨有限内固定加外固定支架在开放性和(或)粉粹性胫腓骨干骨折治疗中的方法及疗效。方法:本研究选取62例开放性和(或)粉粹性胫腓骨干骨折患者,随机将其分为治疗组和对照组,其中治疗组采用有限内固定加外固定支架进行固定治疗,而对照组单纯采用外固定支架进行固定治疗,对比分析两组患者临床疗效。结果:两组患者治疗后均接受8～15个月的随访(平均为12.5个月),其中治疗组的临床总有效率为93.55%,对照组的临床总有效率为87.10%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);满意度调查,治疗组的满意度为80.65%,对照组的满意度为64.52%,两组患者的临床满意度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在开放性和(或)粉粹性胫腓骨干骨折治疗中采用有限内固定加外固定支架固定的治疗方法,手术操作简单,减少了对软组织的剥离,有利于术后伤口迅速恢复,而且术后并发症较少,可作为临床治疗胫腓骨骨干骨折的较佳治疗方案。

Objective：To detect the curative effect of limited internal fixation combined with external clamp stand for treating open and （or） splintered fractures of tibia and fibula. Methods：All 62 cases with open and （or） splintered fractures of tibia and fibula were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The limited internal fixation com- bined with external clamp stand method was used in the treatment group and the single external clamp stand method was used in the control group. The curative effect 05 the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results： All patients were followed-up for 8-15 months （12.5 months averagely）. The clinical total effective rate was 93.55% and 87.10% in the treat- ment group and control group respectively （P〈0.05）. The degree of satisfaction was 80.65% and 64. 52% in the treatment group and control group respectively （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The limited internal fixation combined with external clamp stand method is effective for treating open and （or） splintered fractures of tibia and fibula for its advantages of operating simply, reducing the stripping of the soft tissue, rapid recovery of wound, and fewer postoperative complications.
