中国成人急性淋巴细胞白血病诊治方案的疗效与安全性分析——单中心对比研究 被引量：4

摘要 近30年来，成人急性淋巴细胞白血病（ALL）治疗效果无明显改善，虽然首次诱导缓解率可达80％～90％，但3～5年无病生存率仅为10％～30％，约50％以上的患者1—2年内复发”。由中国医学科学院血液学研究所、血液病医院牵头进行的多中心临床研究中国成人急性淋巴细胞白血病诊治方案（简称中国成人ALL方案），旨在规范中国成人ALL的精确诊断和综合治疗。对我院77例初治成人ALL患者非随机按照中国成人ALL方案和我院常规方案治疗后的疗效进行对比研究，现将结果报告如下。
