头颈部出血的救治体会

Management of bleeding in head and neck area

目的探讨不同病种所致头颈部出血的救治体会及处理方法。方法通过对近5年收治的11例头颈部出血患者进行回顾性分析,总结处理过程中的经验及教训。11例患者中有7例获得入室手术机会,1例行局部纱布填塞压迫、2例发现出血部位并成功进行止血术、4例虽发现出血部位但无法成功止血遂行颈外动脉结扎术。结果 7例入室抢救的患者均救治成功,预后良好,余4例患者死亡。结论头颈部出血是耳鼻喉科的严重急症之一,死亡率高,但重视出血先兆并采取正确有效的处理措施有助于提高患者的生存率。

OBJECTIVE To discuss experience of management of bleeding in head and neck area. METHODS The clinical data of 11 cases with bleeding for head and neck disease from 2007 to 2011 in our department were analyzed retrospectively. Seven cases received surgery management. Among the 7 patients, one case was packed with carbasus, bleeding sites of 2 cases were found and stopped bleeding successfully, and the other 4 cases underwent the external carotid ligation. RESULTS The bleeding of 7 cases who received surgery management was successful stopped and the patients were survived. The other 4 cases who had no chance for surgery were died. CONCLUSION The bleeding of head and neck area is a severe emergency of ENT. The successful management depends on the early finding of bleeding site and correct treatment.
