摘要 目的通过检测叉头状转录因子p3+(FoxP3+)CD4+CD25+T细胞在成人分泌性中耳炎(otitis mediawith effusion,OME)患者外周血中的含量,探讨其是否参与OME的发生发展。方法采流式细胞技术检测36例成人OME患者外周血及30例正常人外周血中Foxp3+CD4+CD25+T细胞的表达水平。结果慢性OME组外周血中Foxp3+CD4+CD25+T/CD4+T细胞含量显著高于急性OME组,也显著高于正常对照组(F=7.090,P<0.01);急性OME患者外周血中Foxp3+CD4+CD25+T/CD4+T细胞含量虽较正常人低,但不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 Foxp3+CD4+CD25+T细胞作为重要的免疫调节细胞可能参与OME慢性炎症持续状态的调控。 [ABSTRACT] OBJECTIVE This research is designed to study the role of Forkhead box P3^+ (Foxp3^+) CD4^+CD25^+T cells in the pathogenesis of otitis media with effusion (OME) in adults. METHODS The proportion of Foxp3^+CD4^+CD25^+ T cells in CD4^+ T cells of blood was analyzed by flow cytometry, both in OME patients and normal volunteers. RESULTS The proportion of Foxp3^+CD4^+CD25^+T/CD4+ T cells in blood of patients with chronic OME was not only significantly higher than those with acute OME, but also higher than those in normal volunteers (F=7.090, P〈 0.01) ; However, the proportion of Foxp3^+CD4^+CD25^+ T/CD4^+ T cells in blood of patients with acute OME was not statistically lower than that of normal volunteers (P 〉 0.05) . CONCLUSION Foxp3^+CD4^+CD25^+T cells may play an important role in chronic course of OME in adults as an important immunoregulatory mediator.
