摘要
目的:评价反式玉米素(Trans-Zeatin,tZ)对HaCaT细胞的迁移和水通透性的影响。方法:RNA干扰实验;载有钙黄绿素的HaCaT细胞执行水的通透性测量。结果:反式玉米素缓解了UV导致的HaCaT细胞迁移能力的下降;并改善了HaCaT细胞由UV介导的水通透性的下降。结论:经Trans-Zeatin处理后可上调角蛋白细胞中小鼠水通道蛋白3(AQP3)的表达,促进HaCaT细胞的迁移和改善水的通透性。
Objective: To investigate the effect of trans - zeatin on the migration and water permeability of HaCaT cells. Methods: RNA interference (RNAi) experiments; Cells were loaded with calcein and water permeability mea- surement was performed. Results: tZ attenuates UV- induced down- regulation of migration in cultured skin kerati- nocytes (HaCaT cells), tZ attenuates UV- induced downregulation of water permeability in cultured skin keratino- cytes (HaCaT cells). Conclusion: we found that tZ treatment, which upregulates AQP3 expression, enhances cell migration and water permeability in keratinocytes.
