胆绿素对中波紫外线辐射的人皮肤成纤维细胞活力和周期的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:评价胆绿素(BVD)对中波紫外线(UVB)辐射的人皮肤成纤维细胞(HSF)损伤的影响。方法:采用MTT法、An-nexin V/PI流式细胞术法分别检测不同剂量BVD对UVB辐射的HSF细胞活力和细胞周期的影响。结果:辐射强度为40mJ/cm^2的UVB可造成HSF活力降低;与UVB对照组相比,UVB辐射前加入1μmol/L、10μmol/L、100μmol/LBVD细胞活力均升高(P<0.05),UVB辐射后,DNA合成前期细胞比例(G1期)明显上升,而DNA合成期细胞比例(S期)下降,加入BVD可以改善此现象,促进细胞增殖。结论:紫外线可造成体外培养的HSF损伤,一定浓度的BVD可提高辐射细胞的活力,减少细胞凋亡,对UVB光损伤具有保护作用。
