远航训练中男女学员晕船情况的对比研究 被引量:1

Comparison of seasickness between female students and male students during training voyage

摘要 H的对初次随舰远航的女学员晕船情况进行统计,并与男学员进行比较,以了解女学员是否适合随舰队远航。方法对来自海军院校的150名男学员和20名女学员,在9个航段不同风速、浪高情况下晕船程度、晕船天数进行对比分析。结果9个航段中,除第6航段女学员(轻度25.0%,中度30.0%,重度45.0%)较男学员(轻度8.2%,中度14.9%,重度13.4%)晕船程度严重(P〈0.05)外,其他各航段男女学员晕船程度均无统计学差异(P〉0.05),9个航段中男女学员平均晕船天数均无统计学差异(P〉0.05)。结论女学员有较好的抗晕船能力,可以随舰队远航。 Objective To contrast seasickness different between female students who are the initial sailing in china and male students students in order to definite whether the female officers and soldiers is fit for fleet sailing. Methods To investigate male students 150 people, female students 20 people, a total of 170 people including dalian naval academy, naval engineering university, aviation engineering college, wind wave against seasickness situation is analysised in nine sector. Results We compare the men and women the seasick status in nine sector, except the sixth sector ,men and women students get seasick situation no obvious difference in other sector,P 〉 0.05. In sixth sector, female students get seasick serious than male students ( P 〈 0.05). Average seasick days of men and women students in nine sector there were no obvious difference (P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusions Chinese female officers and soldiers who have good resistance to get seasick, can participate in fleet sailing.
