高压氧下呼气末正压通气对犬颅内压的影响 被引量:1

摘要 机械通气患者行高压氧(hyperbaricoxygen,HBO)治疗引起国外学者的关注^[1],许多危重症患者需要应用呼气末正压(positiveend—expiratory pressure,PEEP)才能维持氧合。研究证明,常压下应用PEEP在发挥有效生理作用的同时,会导致患者颅内压(intracranialpressure,ICP)升高和脑灌注压(cerebralperfusionpressure,CPP)下降^[2-3]。
