摘要
减压病是指机体在高气压环境下暴露一定时间后,由于外界压力下降过快,溶解于体内的惰性气体来不及随呼吸排出体外,而在组织和血液中形成气泡所引起的一种疾病。减压病严重威胁潜水员的健康,可表现为皮疹、关节及四肢的疼痛、中枢神经系统紊乱、呼吸困难、偏瘫等症状。目前常规的减压程序无法完全避免减压病的发生,如何采取有效预防措施减少减压病的发生率,是援潜救生的研究重点。本文就最近的减压病的预防措施进行综述。
