摘要 分析了铰链间隙对铰接构件有效杆长的影响 ,将四连杆机构各杆长看作随机数 ,编制了用计算机仿真分析支架梁端轨迹的算法 ,提供的算例说明铰链间隙对梁端轨迹的影响不可忽视。 A horizontal deviation value of a front beam track for mine hydraulic powered support is a very important parameter considered in the support design. In the previous analysis of the front beam track outputted by the four bar linkage, only a deviation of the structure was considered and a deviation occurred by the manufacturing error of structural size and the linkage clearance was not been considered. This has analyzed the linkage clearance affected to the effective length of the structural part. The paper had made a relationship between the clearance radius and the effective length. The paper provided the clearances between pin shaft and pin bore hole as a group of random values affected to each length of bar. According to the different values from the ramdom values, repeated analyses of the movement track will be conducted with computer simulation. A computer simulation calculation method could be made with a certain calculation. From the calculation results, a max. clearance of the front beam calculated by the simulation method is 48 % higher than the conventional calculation method. The linkage clearance could not be disregard the influence to the front beam.
