摘要
恒流源供电是永磁直线同步电动机垂直运输系统一种十分重要的运行方式 ,本文讨论的重点放在恒流源供电对垂直运动永磁直线同步电动机电磁推力的影响方面 .首先导出了永磁直线同步电动机恒流源等效电路和相位关系图 ,在此基础上推出了恒流源条件下电磁推力表达式 ,讨论了最大电磁推力条件及控制对策的准则 .理论与试验结果吻合较好 .
The behavior of the vertical transport system supplied by constant current source is an important one. The effect of constant current source supply on the electromagnetic force is studied. First, the equivalent circuit and the phase diagram of PMLSM with constant current source are obtained through the transformation technique. The electromagnetic force expression is then derived. The condition of maximum thrust force is discussed and the criterion of control strategy is proposed .The results of experiment are in agreement with the theory.
