摘要
为了解和掌握焦作市解放区12岁以下儿童土源性线虫感染状况,为重点人群寄生虫病防治提供依据。采取东、西、南、北、中抽样方法进行采样监测,采用化验改良加滕法(厚涂片透明法)检测。调查结果显示,12岁以下儿童土源线虫感染率较高,为了控制感染应每年继续加强监测,有效地控制寄生虫感染流行。
To understand the infection status of soil-transmitted nematodes in children aged ≤12 years in Jiefang district of Jiaozuo, Henan province, and provide evidence for the prevention and control of parasitosis in risk population. Sampling survey was conducted in eastern, western, southern, northern and central areas in Jiefang district, and laboratory detection was conducted with modified Kato-Katz technique. The survey indicated that that the infection rate of soil-transmitted nematodes in children aged ≤ 12 years was high in this district, It is necessary to further strengthen the related surveillance for the prevention and control of soil-transmitted nematode infection in children.
