上海市嘉定区医护人员疲惫情况及其影响因素

Fatigue status and its influencing factors among medical staff

目的了解上海市嘉定区医护人员疲惫情况并分析相关因素。方法采用疲惫量表对嘉定区二级医疗机构医护人员进行调查,对调查表结果进行统计分析。结果共调查487名医护人员,平均年龄(34.40±8.82)岁;男性占26.28%,女性占73.72%;医生占51.85%,护士占48.15%。医护人员中有20.53%的人没有疲惫,22.38%的人有轻度疲惫,18.48%的人有疲惫,9.86%的人有长时间疲惫,10.47%的人有特发性疲惫,18.28%的人有慢性疲惫综合征。婚姻状况、户籍和文化程度都对疲惫程度有影响。结论该区医护人员的健康状况不容乐观,应加强健康教育和行为干预,创造宽松的工作环境和生活条件,建立对医护人员健康状况的社会支持网等,以提高医护人员的健康水平。

[Objective]To understand the fatigue status of medical staff in Jiading District of Shanghai City,and analyze related factors.[Methods]The fatigue scale was employed to investigate the fatigue of medical staff in the second grade hospitals of Jiading District,and then,giving statistic analysis on the investigation results.[Results] A total of 487 medical workers were investigated,with average age of（34.40±8.82）,26.28% were male,73.72% were male;51.85% were doctor and 48.15% were nurse.As for the fatigue,20.53% of them were with no fatigue feeling,22.38% with mild fatigue,18.48% with fatigue,9.86% with long-time fatigue,10.47% with idiopathic fatigue,18.28% with chronic fatigue syndrome.The degree of fatigue for medical staff is significantly influenced by marital status,household register and education level.[Conclusion]The health status of medical staff is not optimistic in this district,and it can be improved by taking many measures,such as,strengthening the health education and behavior intervention for medical staff,making their life and work condition be more relaxed,and establishing the supporting net for the health of medical staff.
