摘要
目的通过了解核潜艇长航前后艇员白细胞和淋巴细胞数量及T淋巴细胞集落形成率的变化,探讨长航应激因素对艇员机体免疫的影响。方法分别采集核潜艇艇员出航前后外周血标本,经血液分析仪检测,比较长航前后艇员外周血白细胞总数和淋巴细胞数;培养出航前后外周血淋巴细胞,检测长航前后T淋巴细胞集落数。结果①长航前核潜艇艇员外周血白细胞总数为(6 625.71±948.39)个/ml。长航后下降至(6 114.29±929.94)个/ml(P<0.05),外周血淋巴细胞数则由长航前(2 340.00±325.58)个/ml升高到长航后的(2 577.14±343.07)个/ml(P<0.05);②长航前核潜艇艇员外周血T淋巴细胞集落形成率为(39.99±14.30)个/2×104MNC,长航后增高至(65.85±16.80)个/2×104MNC(P<0.01)。结论核潜艇长航应激因素对艇员外周血白细胞计数及T淋巴细胞集落形成率产生影响。
[Objective]To understand the number of leukocytes and lymphocytes and colony-forming efficiency of T lymphocyte of the nuclear-powered submarine crew before and after long term voyage,and explore the effect of long term voyage stress on immunity of crew.[Methods]The peripheral blood samples of nuclear-powered submarine crew were collected before and after long term voyage.The total of WBC and lymphocyte were measured through blood analyzer.Peripheral blood lymphocytes were cultured to detect the T lymphocyte colonies.[Results] ① The total number of WBC was(6 625.71±948.39)/ml before voyage and decreased to(6 114.29±929.94)/ml after voyage(P0.05).The number of peripheral blood lymphocytes increased from(2 340.00±325.58)/ml increased to(2 577.14±343.07)/ ml(P0.05).② The colony-forming efficiency of T lymphocyte increased from(39.99±14.30)/2×104 MNC to(65.85±16.80)/2×104 MNC(P0.01).[Conclusion]Long term voyage in nuclear-powered submarine can influence the peripheral blood lymphocytes count and colony-forming efficiency of T lymphocyte.
